MOTOmed layson.la is a versatile medical device that provides bedridden patients with care and early rehabilitation, passive, motor and active training of the legs, arms and upper body. Thanks to the height adjustment and intuitive operation, MOTOmed can be easily adapted to the individual needs of patients.
With the freely rotating wheels and the help of the optionally available extendable frame, the MOTOmed can be easily and flexibly moved to the patient’s bed and positioned in a space-saving manner. 4-point ground stabilization with central function allows for a stable base. When training the lower limbs, the “TrainCare” with plastic-coated leg guides, available as an accessory and individually adjustable on both sides, ensures a secure hold of the legs and prevents over-extension or locking of the knee joints. The “knee flexion adjustment” allows precise adjustment of the flexion and extension of the knee and hip joints separately. Even during training, adjustments can be made.
